B E F O R E vs A F T E R FITNESS BOOTCAMP (6 weeks apart)

Long Post Alert, but hang tight gang, this one will be worth the read! If y’all have followed s + s for any length of time, then you know I’ve long been an avid lover of fitness. And food. Admittedly, I have always adopted the mindset that as long as I bust my hump in the gym (which I do), I can eat and cocktail whatever the heck I want. Well, gang, let me just tell you my mindset was bunk. Allow me to shed a little perspective—I was doing a V E R Y rigorous workout (Orange Theory which I still love) no less than 5 days a week the 6 weeks leading up to the wedding. And after just TWO weeks on AMANDA’S FASTer Way to Fat Loss, FITNESS BOOTCAMP PROGRAM, I was significantly L E A N E R than I was on my wedding day–I kid you not, gang. No fluff. Two a days, calorie counting, rigorous exercising and I had it ALL wrong. I was OVER DOING IT and not eating the RIGHT kinds of calories (i.e.: Macros). The nutritional guidance and education this BOOTCAMP provides is so very eye opening. Here’s the thing, gang, I’m a 37 year old mother of two and girlfriend is approaching the big 4-0 faster than I’d like. The ish just starts to SLOW down, ya know? And I have no qualms about giving it my all in the gym, classes, what have you–but I found I had stopped seeing the results…my hard work just was no longer paying off. Well 6 weeks out of THIS FITNESS BOOTCAMP PROGRAM (see last pic) and the hard work and commitment paid dividends in a M A J O R way (I lost 7lbs and 3.5″). I am SUCH a believer in both AMANDA and HER PROGRAM FASTer Way to Fat Loss, that I just had to share with y’all on s + s. This one is legit kids….so much so that I just couldn’t resist sharing. There was such a positive response/interest on my personal FB page, Snap, and Insta about this fitness bootcamp that I knew I just had to post this goodness up on the blog. Many of you have continued to inquire about the fitness bootcamp program (which by the way, I’ve just started my second round with a boatload of s + s readers and my Lexington gal pals—told ya I was hooked)…and, GREAT NEWS–Amanda has opened up registration for her ONLINE BOOTCAMP on 1/30. I don’t know about y’all, but I opted to go for another round as I want to go into the Holidays and the New Year being in control, feeling strong, healthy, and fit. And don’t fret, Amanda is very intuitive and will give grace for the Holiday Soiree schedule–she truly is beyond knowledgable, motivating, and inspirational! Just a brief background on this fitness bootcamp maven–she’s been in the fitness game for a VERY long time and has a proven track record of success. In fact, she has a HUGE network of fitness coaches that she mentors herself—girlfriend is the REAL DEAL. I had the pleasure of flying to Florida and styling this little beauty last week and her passion for the health and wellness industry is like nothing I’ve ever seen before! Can’t speak highly enough about her talent and passion!
