Keto Egg Roll Bowl Recipe

Ingredients Needed for your Keto Egg Roll Bowl:

  • Sesame oil
  • 1 pound ground turkey or ground pork
  • 1 bag coleslaw mix
  • 1 tablespoon rice wine vinegar
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Sriracha
  • Sriracha ranch dressing
  • Sesame seeds

Heat sesame oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Brown ground turkey or ground pork until no longer pink, about 8-10 minutes. In a separate skillet, heat another round of sesame oil over medium-high heat. Add coleslaw mix and sauté until tender, about 5 minutes. In a small bowl, make a sauce with rice wine vinegar, soy sauce, and Sriracha. Add the sauce and cooked turkey or pork to the coleslaw mix. Stir until combined. Build your bowl: put a big ol’ heap of the coleslaw mixture into your bowl. Top with Sriracha ranch and sesame seeds.
